The development history of Ruichen Xianyue dates back to 2010, when its predecessor, Ruichen Plastic Machinery, was founded in Korla, Xinjiang. After more than a decade of in-depth cultivation and accumulation, relying on unremitting efforts and outstanding strength, Ruichen Xianyue has become an industry leader in the field of intelligent equipment for agricultural water-saving irrigation, leaving solid footprints on the path of promoting the development of agricultural water-saving irrigation technology.
Today, the company's headquarters is located in Xi'an High-tech Zone, a fertile ground for innovation. To better integrate resources and drive development, the company has established a R&D center and an operation center in Xi'an, providing strong support for technological innovation and enterprise operation; it has laid out equipment manufacturing bases in Qingdao, Xi'an and Tiemenguan, Xinjiang, ensuring efficient production and supply of products; meanwhile, technical service centers have been set up in Shihezi, Aksu, Kashgar and Shymkent, Kazakhstan, to provide customers with professional technical support and services in a timely manner.
As a high-tech enterprise with production equipment for agricultural water-saving products as its core business, Ruichen Xianyue’s business extensively covers multiple fields such as the manufacturing of agricultural drip tape production equipment and related products, and after-sales technical services for equipment. Among these, the manufacturing of agricultural drip tape production equipment and related products is the company’s main product line. Specifically, it includes a series of mechanical equipment and supporting products such as High-Speed Single-Wing Labyrinth Drip Irrigation Equipment, Intelligent Inline Patch Drip Tape Equipment, PE Pipe Equipment, Micro-Sprinkler Tape Equipment, Agricultural Plastic Mulch Film Equipment, Waste Plastic Granulation Equipment, Inline Cylindrical Drip Irrigation Equipment, Garden Pipe Production Equipment, Drying and Mixing Equipment, and Drip Tape Finished Product Packaging Equipment—which fully meet the diverse needs of agricultural water-saving irrigation production.

2003-2009
Setting Sail at the Start-up
In 2003, Ruichen Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. was formally established, located in Korla, Xinjiang.
In 2004, a Ruichen drip tape processing plant was opened in Shawan County, Xinjiang.
In 2009, the first-generation Ruichen brand drip tape production line was developed, and the first product was launched, laying the technical foundation for the industry.

2011-2013
Steady Growth
From 2011 to 2013, branch companies were successively established in Aksu, Kashgar and Qingdao.We took the lead in launching the PE soft belt machine production line, independently developed equipment such as the three-station winding machine and the 65-type drip tape production line with a granulator, and initiated the innovative transformation of mechanical equipment towards automation and intellectualization.
2014-2020
Innovation Leadership
In 2014, we developed the industry's first labyrinth-type energy-saving forming wheel and launched the second-generation automated intelligent drip tape equipment.
In 2017, we developed the second-generation PE water belt equipment, and the speed of the third-generation drip tape equipment exceeded 130 meters per minute.
In 2019, the independently developed intelligent mulch film equipment was launched.
In 2020, we were awarded honorary titles such as "3A-Level Integrity Management Demonstration Unit" and "3A-Level Credit Enterprise".

2021 to Present
Intelligent Creation for the Future
The company was officially renamed Ruichen Xianyue, with its headquarters located in Xi'an. It initiated strategic layout in related fields such as intelligent manufacturing, smart agriculture, industrial internet, and agricultural supply chain finance, and built an integrated ecological chain of "intelligent manufacturing + digital agriculture".
